At that time, they felt God directed them to bring David (and Sunshine) Eddy, a young man that was saved at Faith Center and who they had supported through Life Bible College, onto their leadership staff as Associate Pastor. In a very intentional process, David has taken on more and more of the Senior Pastor role as Ted has focused more of his attention on his role as Divisional Superintendent of the Eastern Oregon Division.

On April 6, 2008 with the assistance of Jim and Jean Stephens, Ted and David completed the transition. David Eddy is now the Lead Pastor of Faith Center, LaGrande, Oregon and Ted continues to serve both in the church and as Divisional Superintendent.
